FILMING for the Myanmar television drama series titled ‘Yinchinhtat Leikpya’ began on 4 August in Yangon, according to lead actor Min Taw Win, who is playing a central role in the series.

The story was written by actor Min Taw Win himself, while the screenplay was developed by Paing Gyi. The series is being directed by Wint Ohnma Kyaw for Ella Film Production.

“I’m really grateful to Ella Production for making this story happen; it’s one I’ve always wanted to bring to life,” said actor Min Taw Win. “It’s especially meaningful to me because this was the first storyline I ever imagined. We’re all working hard together to make it the best it can be”.

The cast includes Min Taw Win, Htoocha, Yoon Yoon, Hla Nu Htun, Elbert Paing, Wai Yan Min Htet, Ei Ngone Phu, Thamudaya, Zoe Gyin, and many others. — ASH/MKKS
