Ngathaingchaung, 19 June
Health care services were provided to elderly people aged 70 and above free of charge at the office of Maternal and Child Welfare Association in Ngathaingchaung sub-Township of Ayeyawady Region at about 8:00 am on 19 June.
On the occasion, medical workers from the town Department of Public Health led by Dr.Thant Zaw Tun provided health care services including free medical check-ups and treatments to elderly people.
After that members of Maternal and Child Welfare Association and well-wishers provided cash assistance and nutritious food to senior citizens.
Health care services are being provided to elderly people every Wednesday in the Town. It is reportedly the 45th health care services for senior citizens in the town.—Ngathaingchaung(IPRD)
