With the aim of raising awareness among students, an informative talk on scourge of Mpox (monkey pox) was held at the Community Centre of Information and Public Relations Department in Myothit Township, Magway Region this afternoon. 

At the event, Daw Aye Moe Moe Myint, staff officer of the Township Information and Public Relations Department explained about the scourge of Monkey pox, and called on the students to report immediately to health authority and receive necessary tests and treatments if you have been in close contact with a monkey pox patient or have suspected sign and symptoms.

Afterwards, Daw Aye Moe Moe Myint answered queries raised by those present on the occasion.—Naung Naung(IPRD)
