With the cooperation among Kangyidaunt Township Agricultural Department and Korea Climate Change Center, modified stoves were provided to local households in 31 villages, which do not have access to electricity, in Kangyidaunt township, Pathein district, Ayeyarwady region starting from February.

In doing so, the township Agricultural Department head U Kyi Moe and staff handed over 13500 modified stoves to 13500 households in 31 villages for the first time, explaining the benefits of using the stoves and how to use them.
