Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin met Mr Mutaz Ab­dullah Abduljaleel Mohamed Al Faheem, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Myan­mar, in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

They exchanged views openly and amicably on the oil and natural gas sector, close cooperation in the Green En­ergy transformation sector, the potential to hold technical conferences on energy, the pos­sibility of UAE companies visit­ing and investing in Myanmar’s energy sector and sending experts from Myanmar to the UAE to study oil and natural gas exploration, production, and refinery technologies. — MNA/TS
