Minhla Township Myanma Agricultural Development Bank in Thayet District, Magway Region is disbursing monsoon agricultural loans to farmers in the township starting from 4 June.

It is earmarked to disburse K 2100 million of monsoon agricultural loans to 3,000 farmers in 42 village-tracts in the township during 2024-2025 FY. However, the farmers have to mortgage their land use certificate (Form-7) at the bank.

The bank sets the loan disbursement duration from May to the end of September. A total of 58 farmers have been received 38.45 million of monsoon agricultural loans at the first day of loan disbursement and the remaining farmers in other villages will be disbursed, according to an official from the bank.
