Myanmar’s Border Guard Police (BGP) and the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have reportedly performed a joint navy patrol on 30 December 2019, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Two patrol boats from Myanmar’s Border Guard Force from Magyichaungwa police outpost, Maungtaw Township, Rakhine State made a security patrol in the Naf River from No.2milepost to No.11 milepost together with two vessels from the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) headed by Subedar MD, Abdur Eazzak from Shahporirdip BOP from 10:10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on 31 December 2019.—MOHA
