Lashio, March 7

A ceremony to open a new school building was held in BEHS-6 premises in the town of Lashio, norther Shan State at 9:00 am on Mach 7.

The Secretary of the state sub-Administration Council Police Lt-Col. Hla Min, the District Administrator U Myo Min Tun, Rector of Lashio University Dr. Htay Aung, officials from education department, responsible officials from the Construction Company and community leaders cut a ceremonial ribbon to formally open the new school building. Afterwards, officials looked round the new school facility.

The school building measuring 100 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width was constructed with the union budget for 2023-2024 FY in the BEHS-6 premises in ward-5 in Lashio, Shan State (North).—Sai Tun(Lashio)
