Officials led by U Min Thein, Director of Ayeyarwaddy Region Department of Rural Development made a field trip to inspect construction work of concrete bridge on Mawkyun-Wakhema road connecting Bayasu Village in Mawlamyingyun Township, Labutta District of Ayeyarwaddy Region yesterday.

With the aim of narrowing the connectivity gaps in rural areas, DRD is initiating the construction work of concrete bridge measuring 40 ft. in length and 18 ft. in width with the Township DRD’s fund in 2024-2025 fiscal year in the Township.

During the inspection tour, officials gave necessary instructions to responsible persons.—Township IPRD
