Hpa-an 20 June

An event to provide relief items to victims facing strong winds in Mainmahla Kyun village in Hpaon village-tract in Hpa-an Township, Kayin State was held in the village-tract on 19 June.

Due to the strong winds hit the village in the second week of June, six houses were partially destroyed. Thus, officials from the Hpa-an District Department of Disaster Management provided K 300,000 to six households for the expense of building materials and K 46,200 for purchasing rice.
