Kachin State Chief Minister Dr. Khat Aung received Chairman of Myanmar Red Cross Society Dr. Maung Maung Myint and party at the office of State Government yesterday. 

During the meeting, they discussed the situation of proving humanitarian assistance. Next, the Chairman of Myanmar Red Cross Society provided surgical masks to the State Chief Minister for those who conduct thermal screening on passers-by via border gates.

Present on the occasion were Kachin State Chief Minister Dr. Khat Aung, State Minister for Security and Border Affairs, State Minister for Social Affairs, State Advocate, departmental personnel, Chairman of Myanmar Red Cross Society and Chairman of Kachin State Red Cross Administration Committee and officials. -Myo Myint Soe (IPRD)
