Foreign embassies’ officials and their family members led by Union Minister U Kyaw Tin of the Ministry of International Cooperation went on a diplomatic tour from 8 to 10 February to see the natural sceneries, cultural entities, and development progress in Dawei city, Myeik Archipelago and their vicinities of the Taninthayi Region.

Union Minister Dr Win Myat Aye of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and responsible personnel made a camp closure survey trip to the Myaing Gyi Ngu special zone in Sonenathamyaingswe city, Kayin State in accord with a national strategy for the resettlement of the internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the temporary shelter camp closure.
