A ceremony to provide poppy-substitute crops and chemical fertilizer to farmers in Kunlong Township, Shan State (North) was held at the Department of Agriculture this morning.
The closing of a township-level disaster management course was held at the meeting room of the General Administration Department in Myingyan, Mandalay Region on 22 January.
