Typhoon “RAGASA” Condition

According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, Typhoon “RAGASA” over the South China Sea has moved west-northwestwards and crossed Xiachuan Island, China. It is centred at about 30 nautical miles East-Southeast of Yangjiang (China).
