The Youth Forum discussed different topics in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
First, the video clip of Digital Transformation and Innovation was played, and under the topic of “Digital Transformation and Innovation”, the participants discussed vital role of digitalization and innovation in political, economic, social and health sectors and its direct proportion on state economic growth, importance role of Myanmar youths in implementing state development measures, proper sectors related to daily social lives of youths, AI-related knowledge, dos and don’ts, challenges, solutions, advantages and disadvantages of technology, Data security, AI for daily use and technologies to develop social status of youths from rural areas.
Then, Sociocultural Development video clip was screened, and the “Sociocultural Development” session discussed human resource development measures, resolving mental and ethical challenges based on better education and health system, citizen ethics for youths who are future leaders of the nation, leadership qualification, proper ways to adopt mental and physical strength, Digital Literacy, Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Global and Cultural Awareness, Financial Literacy, essential hard skills and soft skills for youths, sociocultural development measures, support to develop physical and mental strengths and supportive ways for 21st century.
Under the topic of Economic Growth and Employment, it focused on youth participation in State Building, digitalized businesses, better job opportunities through occupational training courses, practical sessions to be a successful start-up, job seeking through the digital system, risk of earning money online, huge impacts on the vocational sector through TVET, proper businesses to develop the country and better job opportunities.
Then, the departmental officials presented certificates of honour to those who participated in different topics.
The youth representatives in nine groups also discussed The Power of Technology to Transform Your Life, The Truth about AI, Steps Youth Need to Take to Access the Digital World, Youth: The Future Leaders of the Nation, Master Your Mind, Master Your Body, The Skill Youth Need to Succeed in the 21st Century, Today Trending: Monetizing Your Digital Brand, Get a Better Job with TVET and Master Your Life through Entrepreneurship.
