State Administration Council Member Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae received Mr Tharaka Balasuriya, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
