Ministry of Legal Affairs held a ceremony to plant fingerlings and saplings at the designated areas in Nay Pyi Taw this morning.
Dr. Thida Oo, the Union Minister of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Attorney General of the Union, Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General Dr. Htin Lin Oo, Director General of the Minister's Office, Directors General of the Departments, Deputy Permanent Secretary and Deputy Directors General attended the event and jointly planted a total of 3000 fingerlings in a dam near the entrance of the office of the Ministry of Legal Affairs.
After that tree planting activity was held at the Legal Advocacy Centre (LAC) of the Ministry of Legal Affairs in Zawana Theikdi Ward of Ottarathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw. First, the Union Minister of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Attorney General of the Union Dr. Thida Oo planted frangipani sapling. Next, Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General Dr. Htin Lin Oo, Director General of the Minister's Office, Directors General of the Departments, Deputy Permanent Secretary and Deputy Directors General grew frangipani, Indian laburnum, ASEAN Eugenia (ASEAN Thapyay) and cobra saffron saplings.
Afterwards, the Union Minister and Attorney General of the Union and Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General looked round tree planting event together with Director General of the Minister's Office, Directors General of the Departments, Deputy Permanent Secretary and Deputy Directors General, and gave words of encouragement to staff.—MNA
