Academy Award-winning actor Khant Sithu and his Dhamma friends donated K5 million to the Dhamma Vihara Education Academy in Thingangyun Township, Yangon, on 21 July.
Additionally, Khant Sithu and his friends provided day meals and Waso robes to 100 monks and novices in memory of his late father.
The Dhamma Vihara Education Academy cares for young students from conflict areas by providing them with novitiation and education.
