National Security Adviser and Union Minister for Ministry 1 at the State Administration Council Chairman’s Office Admiral Moe Aung received the delegation led by Mr Mongkol Visitstump, Thai Ambassador to Myanmar, yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.

Both sides frankly discussed friendship and cooperation be­tween the two countries, BIMS­TEC, security, and collaboration for the stability and peace of bor­der regions of the two countries.

Officials from the State Ad­ministration Council Chairman’s Office Ministry 1 and officials from the Thai Embassy were present on the occasion. — MNA/TS
