The office of Ingyinmyine Ward Administrator, office of Myetta Physin Philanthropic organization and a bridge over Nanmakhuin Creek between Shwenyaungbin Village and Auktaung Village in Paungbyin Township of Sagaing Region were destroyed by heavy rain and landslide. In addition, a fault occurred on the mountain road in Ingyinmyine Ward in the Town, and the traffic has been restricted.

The daily rainfall in the Township has reached (1.10 inches) on 16, (0.08 inches) on 17, (3.07 inches) on 18, (5.12 inches) on 19 and (1.46 inches) on 20 August.—Township IPRD
