A Myanmar delegation led by Daw Nu Mra Zan, Deputy Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture, left for Laos yesterday afternoon to participate in the 32nd ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Council Meeting, which the Lao People’s Democratic Republic will host in its capacity as the rotating ASEAN Chair.
The meeting is scheduled to take place from 25 to 27 September 2024 in Vientiane, Laos. The delegation departed from Yangon International Airport via Myanmar Airways International, and officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture bid farewell to the delegation at the airport. — MNA/KZL
