The Department of Rural Development is working on a concrete paving work of road in Aingzauk Village in Natmauk Township of Magway Region under Village Development Project in this fiscal year and now, all the projects have been completed 100%.

The concrete road which is 730 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in volume was constructed by the Township Department of Rural Development with K 21.9 million including K 15 million of DRD’s funds in 2024-2025 FY and K 6.9 million contributed by local people.

During the inspection tour, officials met with members of village development committee and stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance.

The road brings benefits to 929 people from 178 households in the village in the Township, helping them to transport rural products to the markets in a timely manner, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—Daw Mu Mu San(IPRD)
