The Myanmar Motion Pictures Organization (MMPO) has announced that the 2024 Myanmar Film Academy Awards ceremony will be held in Nay Pyi Taw in February 2025. Experts will be carefully selected to serve on the judging panel to ensure a fair and professional evaluation process.

To determine the 2024 Academy Award winners, the MMPO has invited specialists to join the judging panel to provide expertise and impartial assessments.

“The 2024 Myanmar Film Academy Awards ceremony will take place in Nay Pyi Taw in February 2025. We must form a systematic evaluation committee to ensure that deserving artistes receive awards. Additionally, we plan to evaluate last year’s ceremony’s strengths and weaknesses to improve this year’s event,” said MMPO Chair U Kyi Soe Tun. — ASH/MKKS
