DEPUTY Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, and Irrigation Dr Aung Gyi met a delegation from RC-Investments, led by Mr Artemii Alimov, a representative of the Russian company’s Myanmar office yesterday. The meeting held at the Union Ministry office focused on plans for a factory to produce natural herbal extracts and a related investment project in Myanmar.
Discussions also covered land development and seed production initiatives. The deputy minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development, and senior officials from various ministries and organizations, including the rector of the University of Agriculture, participated in the meeting. — MNA/KZL
