Maubin 25 August

            Maubin District Department of Rural Development is conducting water supply projects in four villages in Pantanaw Township, Maubin District, Ayeyawady Region. Now, all the projects have been completed and officials inspected the completion of the projects on 25 August.

            The officials inspected digging tube wells with 400 ft in depth and four and half inches in width in Thaegone, Kansu, Aiekalay and Padauksu villages and related works. They then met with members of the village water supply committee, urging them to keep sustainable maintenance.

            Water supply projects are being conducted with K 176 million of funds of Union Capital and K 22.5 million of funds of Regional Government in 15 villages in Maubin, Pantanaw, Nyaungdon and Danubyu Townships to distribute enough purified water for the rural people.
