U Tin Aung San, Union Minister for the Ministry 1 at the President’s Office, received Mr Abhay Thakur, Indian Ambassador to Myanmar, and his delegation at the office of the National Defence and Security Council yesterday morning.
They exchanged views on border issues between Myanmar and India, matters relating to investment and cooperation, assistance for post-earthquake reconstruction, and the conservation of ancient cultural heritage monuments.
Officials from Ministry 1 of the President’s Office were also present at the meeting. — MNA/ MKKS
