Under the supervision of the Price Stabilization Committee, essential food items were sold this morning at the Einme Township Temple in Myaung Mya District, Ayeyarwady Region.

Led by the committee, local rice millers, edible oil traders, and egg vendors offered 20 bags of rice at Ks 2,000 per basket, 50 viss of cooking oil at Ks 7,000 per viss, and 600 chicken eggs at Ks 350 each.

These sales will continue every week from Monday to Friday. Township residents have been turning out enthusiastically to purchase the items at the subsidized rates.— Chit Thet Le (IPRD)
