Thongwa, 1 September

The Thongwa Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association carried out regular vaccinations today for children under two and pregnant women.

Health staff administered vaccines including measles-rubella, Japanese encephalitis, polio, pneumonia (PCV), BCG (for tuberculosis), and the five-in-one (pentavalent) vaccine. Pregnant women received tetanus and pneumonia shots.
