ACTING President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Com­mission of the Republic of the Union of My­anmar Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is currently in the People’s Republic of China on his working visit, together with delegation members, left Tianjin Station at 10:30 am Chinese standard time yesterday for Beijing by the special high-speed train.

 

They were seen off at the Tianjin railway station by a deputy minister from the Munic­ipality Government of Tianjin and officials. Along the route of the railway station, Chinese people waved to them with the State flags.

 

The high-level Myanmar delegation led by the Acting President and SSPC Chairman of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar rode the special high-speed train and viewed urban development along the route.

 

On arrival at the Southern Station in Bei­jing, they were welcomed by a deputy minister from Beijing Municipality and officials. Along the route of the railway station, Chinese people welcomed them by waving the State flags.

 

The high-level Myanmar delegation left the station in a motorcade and arrived at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. — MNA/TTA
