Union Election Commission Chairman U Hla Thein received Mr Yohei Sasakawa, Special Envoy of the Government of Japan for National Reconciliation in Myanmar and Chairman of the Nippon Foundation and party at the former’s office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
