Media delegation, including officials from the Ministry of Information, Myanmar, visits Dehong Media Center on the morning of 22 July.

Dehong Media Center is a branch under South Asia and Southeast Asia International Information Center in Yunan Province. With the aims of strengthening relationship between China and Myanmar, boosting friendship, and sharing cooperation between the two countries, the "Pauk Phaw" newspaper is currently being published in the Myanmar language.

The newspaper is a weekly publication that highlights mutual cooperation, cultural exchanges and sports news. It is distributed free of charge to six locations, especially where Myanmar people reside. Moreover, there are newspapers published in six different ethnic languages, including Chinese and Myanmar.—MDN
