BASIC education schools in Nawnghkio were closed for nearly a year due to terrorist attacks. The schools were reopened on 25 July, and students can learn peacefully, with the school enrolment process being provided.

 

Nine more basic education schools reo­pened yesterday, totalling 87 schools, and 10,229 students are currently attending the schools.

 

The Nawnghkio Township Hospital was reopened on 2 August to provide healthcare services to locals.

 

Medical treatment was provided to 29 out­patients, and 15 patients were tested for malaria yesterday. Moreover, 15 locals were tested for blood type, and 31 patients received medical treatment. — MNA/KTZH
