A total of 2,101 kindergarten students from 121 basic education schools in Tada-U Township, Mandalay Region, received the third round of school lunches for the 2025–2026 academic year today.

The program was jointly organized by the Township Public Health Department and the Basic Education Department at Tada-U Basic Education High School and Myoma Basic Education Middle School.

The lunch distribution was attended by Tada-U District Management and Administration Committee Chairman U Aung Chan Nyein, Township Chairman U Phyo Zaw Ko Ko, departmental officials, members of the Maternal and Child Welfare Association and Women’s Affairs Federation, as well as teachers and staff.

Officials encouraged the students to enjoy a balanced meal with five types of food and distributed toothbrushes and toothpaste to promote oral hygiene.— U Ye Tint (IPRD)
