The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw held a second debate on the report submitted by the Joint Committee on Amending the 2008 Constitution during its seventh-day meeting, 13th regular session, yesterday.

THE sixth-day meeting of the 13th regular session of the Second Amyotha Hluttaw was held at the Hluttaw building yesterday.

THE Second Pyithu Hluttaw organized the sixth day meeting of thirteenth regular session on Wednesday. Before the queries of MPs, the Speaker announced the Pyithu Hluttaw accepted the request of MP Daw Cho Cho from Ottwin constituency to quit Banking and Financial Development Committee. The Speaker also updated the numbers, the names, the leading person and tasks in the formation of the Advisory Group on Parliamentary Capacity-building.

U T Khun Myat, the Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw, received Mr Miodrag Nikolin, the Serbian Ambassador, at his office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
