Mawlamyine Kyun, 4 August

Beginning at 7 a.m. today, the Township Commodity Price Stabilization Committee in Mawlamyine Kyun Township, Labutta District, Ayeyarwady Region, organized a sale of essential food items at reduced prices. The sale took place at the corner of Maha Bandhu Road and Tabin Shwe Htee Road in Ward No. 11.

At the event, basic food staples were offered at the following prices: rice at Ks 2,000 per basket, coconut oil at Ks 6,900 per viss, chicken eggs at Ks 350 each, and duck eggs at Ks 350 each.

The initiative was overseen by U Khin Maung Oo, Chairman of the Township Commodity Price Stabilization Committee, along with members of the Township General Administration Department.
