THOSE who are related to Japan scholarship programme are eligible to form small alumni, said Myanmar Association of Japan Alumni (MAJA).

Under MAJA’s constitution, ordinary members are eligible to form small alumni, such as alumni of universities or colleges where they had learned, or alumni of scholarship programmes which they were offered or alumni of courses or programmes, it said.

At present, five small alumni have been established under the main institution and at least 10 alumni are eligible to participate. Those who wish to do similar establishment can apply to MAJA office located at Snow Garden Housing in Thingangyun Township, Tel: 09-262602121 and 09-944014410.

Applications can be submitted by 31 October. — MT/ZS
