ALONG with beautiful views of the hill town, the festival called Thadingyut’ Night Poem will be held from 3 to 7 October at the National Kandawgyi Botanical Gardens in PyinOoLwin Township.
Colourful lighting has been installed in the garden to give an unusual nightlife atmosphere.
At the festival, a music show featuring famous singers: Helay, Tun Tun, Han Tun, Pu Sue, Phyo Myat Aung, Chit Zwe Thar, Paing Paing, Khoon Wadi Pyae, Thawdar Chan Myae and local singers will entertain the audience from 2 pm to 9 pm. Visitors can also enjoy DJ tunes by Axel, 9Nine, Kylo, Joely, Barni, Zorro, Valatino and AXN with MC Hulk.
“Admission fee is required only, and the show is free and will start at 2 pm daily,” said an official from the organizer team of the festival.
A night bazaar featuring stalls selling food and local products has also been planned at the festival.
The National Kandawgyi Botanical Gardens in PyinOoLwin said on its social media page that visitors are welcome to the Thadingyut’s Night Poem, which has been planned from 3 to 7 October. — MT/ZS
