Children under the age of two in Kawhmu Township, Twantay District, Yangon Region, received routine immunizations and the polio vaccine this morning at the People's Hospital clinic in Myothit Ward.
During the session, healthcare workers administered a range of essential vaccines, including those for hepatitis B, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, meningitis (pentavalent vaccine), rotavirus (to prevent severe diarrhea), pneumococcal disease (PCV for pneumonia), measles, rubella, and cervical cancer.
