Members of the Township Election Commission conducted a demonstration of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machines (MEVs) for healthcare staff at Myaung Mya General Hospital in Ayeyarwady Region on 9 October at 1:00 p.m.
The event, held at the hospital's conference hall, began with opening remarks by Dr. Zaw Min Thaik, Superintendent of the District Hospital. This was followed by a presentation from U San Win, Chairman of the Township Election Commission, who explained the advantages of using MEVs in the electoral process.
As part of the demonstration, the hospital superintendent, doctors, nurses, and staff participated in a simulated voting process.
