A Myanmar delegation from the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central), led by its chairman, U Khin Maung Than, Managing Director of the Myanmar Ray Real Estate Co Ltd, left for Malaysia to attend the International Property Summit 2025, a conference expected to increase investment opportunities.
A five-member delegation departed from Yangon International Airport on 27 October, upon the invitation of Juwai IQI, and the summit will be held from 27 to 31 October.
By attending the summit as an International Real Estate partnership, they will have the opportunity to meet with real estate professionals, investors, and industry experts from around the world, gain valuable connections, explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership, and exchange ideas.
Furthermore, they can directly learn from experts on international investment, the current real estate market situation, strategic insights on technological change, and the latest information, enabling them to expand their business network internationally, including new projects and investment locations.
The MRESA stated that there are opportunities to cooperate with technology companies for digital transformations and to present their business plans to investors for funding. Attending the summit will not only upgrade the knowledge of real estate investors but also increase investment opportunities for Myanmar entrepreneurs. — MT/ZN
