IN any country, there is a government and a civil service. The government provides political leadership and sets policies, while the civil servants are responsible for implementing those policies in practice. Although the political leaders in the government may change, civil servants are required to continue carrying out their respective duties in accordance with their roles.

Every person desires progress and aims for a better life, so effort and hard work are necessary. All civil servants chose this career path because they wanted to serve as public employees, and they applied for the civil service in line with their livelihood needs and personal interests, eventually being selected. Since they themselves chose the civil service as their profession, they must not remain ordinary; instead, they should strive to become capable and high-quality civil servants, making continuous efforts to improve their own lives.

To enhance the knowledge and skills of civil servants, the State has established relevant training institutes and universities and is providing various courses. Civil servants are required to make continuous efforts to study and participate diligently in all the training programs they must attend throughout their service. Since these training institutes invest considerable time and financial resources to teach and train civil servants to produce highly qualified personnel, trainees must also value the lessons provided and learn from them accordingly.

Civil servants need to correctly understand the political changes and situations occurring in the country. They must also study the different political systems that have existed across various periods. However, since civil servants are required to carry out their duties to ensure the proper functioning of their respective institutions, they must remain free from party politics in the workplace so that unnecessary disunity does not arise.

Civil servants must learn lessons from the historical events that have occurred in the country and work to build a modern, developed, peaceful, and stable nation for the future. The State has been able to overcome armed conflicts that arose from political causes, political disruptions, natural disasters, and various hardships and difficulties through the unified strength of loyal civil servants and responsible citizens.

Therefore, in order to become reliable and capable civil servants for the future of the nation, individuals must continuously improve their own abilities. Whenever the country faces challenges, loyal civil servants must do their utmost to support the nation so that it does not falter or decline. Only then will the nation be able to remain strong and stable in the long term.
