Director General of Department of Disaster Management Dr Ko Ko Naing received three life boats donated by Myanmar Blue Sky Rescue Development Council (MBSRDC) and then presented a certificate of honor. 

The Director General, the Chairman of China-Myanmar Friendship Organization and officials from China Embassy and MBSRDC made speeches before having a documentary photo taken together with the invitees. The Director General met the high-ranking officers and staff from Department of Disaster Management and Central Depot (Yangon) and left necessary instructions.
